Shipping

We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping service which is available at a competitive rate. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. You will be able to select your shipping service during the checkout process. Please note that quoted shipping times are calculated from the time your prescription is verified and your order processed. For toric lenses, lenses that must be specially ordered, or lenses that are for any other reason out of stock, we reserve the right to change your shipping option to the expedited service that our distributor is using. The time on the service will still be the same (i.e. if you choose UPS 2 day, your shipment will still go by a 2 day service), you will not incur any further charges and you will still be charged the same amount. Shipping charges are outlined below:

  • USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days after order processing) - $6.95
  • UPS/Airborne Express(Next business day after order processing) - $19.99

Please keep in mind that your prescription must be verified before your order is considered processed. This may take up to eight business hours from when you place your order. Also, if you are ordering specialty lenses, toric lenses, or lenses that we do not have in stock, the processing time will be up to three days. If there will be any delay in the processing of your order, a customer service representative will let you know the status of your order.
We currently do not allow pick-up of orders placed on our website.
