Privacy Policy:

When you order your lenses, we will ask you for your email address and phone number. We need this information to contact you in case there is a problem with your order, and to send you promotional offers and reminders when you need more lenses, or should have your eyes checked. When it is time for you to reorder, we will send you an email containing your prescription information and previous orders. Rest assured that we will not share this information with anyone, for any reason, at any time. We respect your privacy and value you as a customer. If at any time you wish to be removed from our email system, email remove@mdcontactlenses.com and you will be immediately removed from our system.
 
Return Policy:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any UNOPENED boxes of contacts to us in their original condition. We cannot accept opened boxes of lenses, or orders that are more than 30 days old. Contact lenses are a paramedical device, and due to FDA restrictions, we cannot accept opened boxes or vials of lenses, unless there is a product defect deemed so by the manufacturer.
  • When we receive your package, we will promptly exchange your order or give you a store credit (minus shipping charges). We will then notify you by email of your exchange or credit.
  • If you suspect that your lenses are defective, you may return all defective lenses to us, and we will forward them to the manufacturer. If they determine that there is a product defect, we will issue you a store credit, and notify you accordingly.
  • Print and fill out the return form located here. If you are exchanging for another product, enter that information as well. If your prescription has changed, please include a copy of the prescription with your return. Also, if the product you are exchanging for is a higher dollar amount than your original order, please include your credit card information.

For your protection, we suggest using an insured or trackable shipping service, such as USPS insured or UPS. This way, if your item is lost in transit, the shipping company is help responsible. MD Contact Lenses cannot be held responsible for returns lost or misdirected in the mail.

  • We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on solutions, sunglasses, or other products at this time.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return. Thank you for your patience.  

Security Policy:

Terms of Use:

  • All customers, by using this site, acknowledge that they are currently successfully wearing the contact lenses prescribed by their eye care provider, that they have a current and valid prescription, and that they have not been advised by a doctor to not wear contact lenses, or to stop wearing the lenses they are currently prescribed. MD Contact Lenses cannot accept responsibility for our customers' inability to wear certain contact lenses.
  • We rely on you to correctly enter your prescription information. By entering the information and completing the order, you are agreeing that the information you have provided is up to date and the same as the information on your prescription.
  • By completing your order, you agree to accept the lenses by the shipping method you have selected. You also agree to that you are the party responsible for the credit card used to place the order, and agree to all charges made on our site according to your cardholder agreement.

Price Match Policy:

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service, fastest delivery, and lowest prices possible. We value your business and aim to build our business through customer retention and referrals.
