Customer Service

At MD Contact Lenses, we value all our customers and are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of customer service possible. If at any time you require help, call us at (800).EYES.077 (800.393.7077) and a customer service representative will assist you. If a customer service representative is unavailable for some reason, you will be asked to leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Our customer service hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday (via Dr. Gurland's office): 10 AM to 2 PM
Sunday - Closed

If you call us on a Saturday, you will be given the local number to Dr. Gurland's front desk. You can leave a message or an order with them and your call will be returned or your order processed on Monday morning.
